Name the substance which makes the cellwallof fungi

Chitin is the answer.
It is a tough, protective, semitransparent substance, primarily a nitrogen-containing polysaccharide, forming the principal component of arthropod exoskeletons and the cell walls of certain fungi.

The cell wall of Fungi is made of chitin . It is a polysaccharide.
(exceptionally, cell wall of class-oomycetes is mainly made up of cellulose)
