Actually the substance u r looking for is Sodium bicarbonate.

1 mole of Sodium bicarbonate reacts with 1 mole of Acetic acid (CH₃COOH) to produce 1 mole of CO₂ , 1 mole of H₂O and the Na-salt of acetic acid which is Sodium acetate.

NaHCO₃ + CH₃COOH = CO₂↑ + CH₃COONa + H₂O

Sodium bicarbonate - NaHCO₃

The substance is baking soda ,sodium bicarbonate, which on addition to acetic acid generates carbon dioxide gas, sodium acetate and produce water.

This reaction is used in chemical volcanoes and other projects.

The reaction between baking soda and vinegar is presented below:

Na2 CO3 + 2 CH3COOH → 2 CH3COONa + CO2 + H2O
