The three pairs of salivary glands are:
1. Sub-Mandibular salivary gland
2. Sub -Lingual salivary gland
3. Parotid salivary gland
All the three salivary glands secrete a watery acidic solution called saliva which helps in moistens the food, facilitates swallowing and destroys germs.
Hope this answer helps.

Answer:

Besides the many minute glands that secrete saliva, there are three major pairs of salivary glands: the parotid, the submandibular, and the sublingual glands. The parotid glands, the largest of the pairs, are located at the side of the face, below and in front of each ear.
