Himadri is the first one
Himachal is the middle one. They are also called rugged mountains or lesser Himalayas. This range is one of the continuous ranges from J & K to Arunachal Pradesh in the east. They also travel through Nepal. The altitude varies between 3700 to 4500 metres. This range contains famous valleys of Kashmir , the Kangra and Kullu valley in Himachal pradesh.
The southern most is the Shiwaliks.
