Unemployment can be in the form of disguised unemployment in rural and urban areas

In rural areas it is seen in agriculture where more no. of people work than required.Even when these extra people are removed ,the productivity and output of production will not be affected.One of the reason for this is because people don't find jobs in secondary and tertiary sector.

In urban areas, their are a  large no. of casual workers like rag pickers,plumbers,electricians and etc who might spend the whole day but earn very little.They perform these jobs as there are  no other job opportunities available to them.
