Tissue present in brain:
The main components of the central nervous system are the brain, the nerves and the spinal cord and these three components are mainly made up of the nervous tissue.
The Nervous tissue which is made up of Neuralgia cells and neurons which comprises of the major part of the central as well as the peripheral nervous system.
There are other tissues like connecting tissues to connect the brain to other parts of the body. The main purpose of nervous tissues is communication and integration and the connecting tissues attached to meninges also help in the same purpose.
