▪Mechanical support for sites of muscle attachments
▪Protection of vital organs
▪Ion reserve of Ca and Po for metabolic functions
Three cells comprises of bone tissue:-
●Osteoblasts-synthesize bone matrix and helps mineralisation.
●Osteocytes-are inactive that keeps held inside the bone they formed.

The tissue that forms the structural framework of the body is the connective tissue.

  • The four kinds of tissues present in the human body are, namely Muscular tissue, Epithelial tissue, Connective tissue, and Nervous tissue.
  • Among these four types, Connective tissues are those which play an important role in forming the human body's structural framework.
  • The Connective tissues connect the tissues with different organs for the smooth and proper working of the body. These also bind with each other and support, other tissues, as well.
