Name the triangles in two different ways:

b. 3 cm, 4 cm, 6 cm and 40°, 30, 110°

a) 6 cm, 6 cm and 90°

It is an isosceles triangle because twi sides are equal and also an right triangle as one of the angles of the triangle is 90°.

On the whole, it is an isosceles right triangle.

b) 3 cm, 4 cm, 6 cm and 40°, 30, 110°

It is a scalene triangle as all the sides of the triangle have different lengths and it is also an obtuse triangle as one of the angles of the triangle is an obtuse angle, i.e., 110°.
