Dadabhai Naoroji was Parsi and was one of the well known leader of the congress who presides the congress session 3 times.
He was one of the Member of the Parliament of Britain House of Commons and was first Indian to attain that seat. He was very Educated person.
I loves him a lot, he is my IDOL too...
He was also knows as the Grand Old Man of India.
He presented an Drain Theory in which he told how British drained all the wealth of India.
All his Ideas of Drain theory were made in Book which came to be known as POVERTY AND UN-BRITISH RULE IN INDIA.
Once he said that '' Whether I am Hindu, Muslim, Parsi or christian or of any other creed, I am above all an Indian. Our country is India, our nationality is India.''
His Famous two Works are ⇒
1. Poverty and Un-british Rule in India.
2. Manners and Customs of the Parsees.
Hope it helps.
The two books of Dadabhai naoroji explaining the drain theory of India's wealth were Poverty and Condition of India.
The drain theory explains the reasons behind draining of Indian’s wealth to outside of India, especially in Britain.
He explained this draining as a type of vampirism, where the wealth of India is being channeled out and no profit was getting realized by Indians from Britain.
