(a) Insulin : Regulates sugar metabolism, maintain blood sugar level.

Glucagon : Increases blood sugar level.

HERE IZ UR ANSWER.

Pancreas is a important gland of our body which secretes Pancreatic juice.

Except Pancreatic juice it also secretes 2 hormones.

They are :-

1. Insulin
2. Glucagon

Insulin and glucagon maintains the blood sugar level of body.

Insulin keeps the sugar level low whereas glucagon keeps it high.

If there is less glucagon, then u will lack sugar and sugar level will go down.

If there is less insulin, then u will have access of sugar levels which is also called as Diabetes.

alpha cells of pancreas secretes glucagon while beta cells secretes insulin.
