Table view is a way of looking at the table. MS Access provides two table views that are design view and datasheet view

Click the tab of the table you wish to open in design view. Click the “View” menu icon and click “Design View.” Click the “View” menu icon and click “Datasheet View” to switch back to datasheet editing mode.
