cellulose can be digested by ruminants but not by humans.bcoz ruminants have a large sac like structure in between large intestine and small intestine. where the food containing cellulose will be digested by some bacteria's.and we humans cant digest cellulose bcoz the enzymes needed to digest the cellulose are absent.
