Parliamentary democracy is the form of government in India, and the Legislative, the Executive and the Judicially, are the three main organs of the government, are the right answers.

The governing system of India is modeled after the Westminster system, the union government of India is comprised of the executive, the legislature, and the judiciary. All the power of India is fixed by the constitution in the parliament, the prime minister and the supreme court. The parliament is bicameral in its structure, with Rajya Sabha being the upper house and the Lok Sabha the lower house.

This system was developed by the framers of the constitution to prevent the actions of the other branches from becoming powerful. Hence, all the three branches (the Legislative, the Executive and the Judicially) of the system are induced to share power
