HIV attacks the CD4 Lymphocytes on entry. The Lymphocytes prepares the antibody to fight against any foreign or unwanted virus in the body. After HIV attacks they destroy the Lymphocytes so that they can move freely in the body. As the Lymphocytes r damaged so the body immune system also gets damaged. And if any secondary infections such as (cough and cold) the enter the body the person can't get rid from that. If u like mark plz as brainliest.
