★Head lights of a car - concave mirror - Because bulb lies in focal point of the mirror by using concave mirror light rays travel parallel and reach maximum distance.

★Rear - mirror of a vehicle- convex mirror - Because convex mirror diminishes the image and can cover much more area than any other mirror.

★solar furnace - concave mirror - Concave mirror concentrates sun rays to a point which increases energy at focal point.

(a) Concave Mirror: Because concave mirrors can produce a powerful parallel beam of light when the light source is placed at their principal focus.

(b) Convex Mirror: Because of its largest field of view.

(c) Concave Mirror: Because it concentrates the parallel rays of the sun at a principal focus.
