The answer is convex mirror; convex mirror is also known as fish eye mirror or diverging mirror in which the image bulges towards the light source, they are not used to focus on a light because it reflects light outwards. The reason why this mirror forms virtual and diminished image is because the image is always formed on the other or opposite side of the mirror and is always formed between the focus and pole of the mirror.
