Micro-organisms which do not use oxygen for respiration are called anaerobes.
Anaerobic does not respirate so it can not produce carbon dioxide.
Hope this will help you

  • Anaerobic respiration that takes place in our body during the time of exercise when the amount of oxygen required is not fulfilled by the aerobic respiration then anaerobic respiration takes place in out body
  • When glucose is broken down into lactic acid and this case where there is no oxygen then no carbon dioxide is released in the muscles of body.
  • There is aerobic respiration in normal conditions when the body is at resting stage but when we do exercise or workout there is not enough supply of oxygen and no carbon dioxide released.

                                    Glucose → Lactic acid
