There are two types of forces.They are contact and non-contact forces.
The force exerted when there is a contact between the body and the object is known as contact force and the force exerted when there is no contact between the body and the object is non-contact force. Muscular force,normal force and frictional force are the examples of contact force.Gravitational force,electro-static force and magnetic force are the examples of non-contact force.The force between the object and our body when we are lifting the object is an example of contact force and it is known as muscular force.The force between a magnet and a nail is non-contact force and it is known as magnetic force.

 the types of forces are::
1-contact force,
2-action at a distance forces./field forces.

and the types in contact force are--

frictional force-when we are walking etc..

tension force-when something is pulled by two people.

normal force-when a book is placed on a table,

muscular force-when we are lifting some thing heavy.

types of forces in action at a distance force are-

gravitational force-when an apple falls on the ground.

magnetic force-when the magnetic toys stick to the wall of fridge.

electro static force-lightning/when a balloon is rubbed to the papers and when we keep that balloon closer to the papers we see that balloon attracts papers.

hope this helps.pls mark as brainliest.
