Answer:

A moraine is material left behind by a moving glacier. This material is usually soil and rock. Just as rivers carry along all sorts of debris and silt that eventually builds up to form deltas, glaciers transport all sorts of dirt and boulders that build up to form moraines.

Answer:

Moraine is the landscape formed by the material left out by the glaciers like debris , pebbles , soil etc .

I general moraines are of four types

Lateral Moraine

Medial moraine

Super glacial moraine

Terminal Moraine - also called the end moraine because it formed at the edge of glacier which is point of maximum advance of by a glacier . The best example of terminal moraine are found in Arctic .
