• Black Tea :- lt is a typical of lndia & Sri-Lanka. lt is best suited for commercial production due to its large leaves. To prepare black tea, the leaves are first dried in the sun, rolled and then fermented.
• Green Tea :- lt is typical of China and Japan. lt has smaller leaves. And, lt is not fermented.
• Oolong Tea :- lt is also typical of China and Japan. lt is made up by fermenting the tea leaves partially.
