Mostly Fungi grows in Acidic environments, areas with low moisture content, and places with abundant sunlight. But it is also a fact that, microscopic fungi almost are found in every suitable condition.

Fungi is  found almost every where but they ae hard to see because of the small size. They can be living in the log, soil, plant or an animal. They basically live on the food they eat.

They need moist and cool environment to grow. So, whereever the temprature is moderate and surface is damp they make spores that are like seeds because they cant move.
