“Small Icons” option under "View" property will arrange contents of any drive or a folder as small icons in columns. In Windows 10, you can view contents in small icons by following these steps:

(i) Open the desired folder or drive and click “View” tab option available on the Ribbon.  

(ii) Click “Small icons” option within the Layout button group.

(iii) This will arrange the contents of the folder as small icons.
