Supply:

The supply refers the amount of product which are available for the customer.

The three key elements of supply is:

  1. Equilibrium price: The supplier bargain for higher price and the customer bargain for lower price, where both will settle for an equilibrium price.
  2. Inputs cost: If the cost of the input is lower, then the profit for the supplier will be higher.
  3. Other goods price: If the price of the competing supplier is lower, then the customers will move to more profitable supplier which will reduce the profit.
