Gamma Rays are discovered by the Henry Becquerel and Merry Curie.There wavelength is shorter that 0.1 Angstrom.

2) X - Rays
These are discovered by the Roentgen. There wavelength range is from 0.1 to 100 Angstrom. 

3) Ultraviolet Rays.
These are discovered by the Prof. J Ritter. There wavelength range is from 100 to 400 Angstrom.
