Hey
Here's the answer.
Three States of Matter
Matter can exist in one of three main states: solid, liquid, or gas.
Solid matter is composed of tightly packed particles. ...
Liquid matter is made of more loosely packed particles. ...
Gaseous matter is composed of particles packed so loosely that it has neither a defined shape nor a defined volume
Hope it helps.

GOOD MORNING!
HERE IS UR ANSWER BUDDY
THE THREE STATES OF MATTER WITH THEIR CHARACTERISTICS ARE AS FOLLOWS
1- SOLIDS
i) A solid has a definite volume and definite shape
ii). A solid is rigid and cannot be compressed easily
iii) A solid does not diffuse into another solid easily
iv)A solid does not flow and can be stored in a container
2- LIQUID
i)Liquids have definite volume, but indefinite shape.
ii)They are free to form droplets and puddles when they are not inside a container
iii)When a liquid is inside a container, it will take its shape. Unlike gases, a liquid will not change its volume to spread out and completely fill a container.
GASES
i)Gas particles spread out to fill a container evenly, unlike solids and liquids.
ii)Gas is a state of matter that has no fixed shape and no fixed volume.
iii)Gases have lower density than other states of matter, such as solids and liquids
