Wbc are also called leukocytes. Rbc are called ethrocytes and Platelets are called Thrombocytes.

Wbc is present in 6 to 10 thousand per cubic mm.Rbc is present in 45 to 50 lakh and platelets are present in 2 to 4 lakh per cubic mm.

Rbc is red in colour due to presence of haemoglobin and remaining two are colourless due to absence of haemoglobin. Wbc is nucleated cell are two are non nucleated.
