Name two areas rich in a variety of mineral resources and two poor in mineral in india

In India, places like Jharkhand, Chotta Nagpur, Orrisa, Vidarbha in Maharashtra and Assam are rich in variety of minerals. But places like Delhi and Haryana  are poor in mineral sources. Switzerland is the only country where there isn't any known minerals.
