There are two barriers present in the Cellular barrier and physical barrier in the skin.

The skin is the largest organ of the body.

It consists of the multiple layers.

It is the most prominent natural barrier to the external infection.

On the other hand, Lymphocyte is considered as the natural killer cell that attacks the infected body cells and destroys it to prevent further spreading.
