if u will breath through mouth...suppose u have a communicable disease then it can spread to the healthy person or it can't be good to breathe through mouth..

inhalation through nasal chamber creates greater air pressure and slow exhalation. this gives the lungs extra time to extract a greater amount of oxygrn
