Six countries border India to different directions. This is evident from the map of Asia .The countries are  CHINA ,BANGLADESH ,BERMA ,PAKISTAN NEPAL AND BHUTAN.To the lower part of  India is the infamous Arabian sea and the Andaman sea .It is only Pakistan that borders India to the west while the rest of the five countries border India to the east.
