Bacterial infections and diseases are caused by bacteria. Examples of bacterial diseases are - Cholera, Pneumonia, Tetanus, Typhoid, etc.

Cholera is caused by Vibrio cholerae, which is spread by contamination of food and water by the bacterium. Typhoid is caused by Salmonella typhi.

Fungal infections are caused by Fungi. There are many different fungal infections and diseases like
Candidiasis, Fungal eye infections, skin infections like ringworm etc. 2 examples are - Candidiasis -  caused by the fungal yeasts that belong to Candida genus. Candida albicans especially cause Candidiasis in the mouth, throat, bloodstream, or in the vagina. Another fungal infection is - Aspergillosis, caused by Aspergillus fungus, which is a type of common mold. The spores of Aspergillus causes infections in the lungs and weakens the immune system when inhaled.
