ACCORDING TO ME,
Magnesium and Beryllium because they have same valency and lie in same group of periodic table. They have same properties and are Alkaline Earth Metals. Probably magnesium the most because chemical reactivity nearly same. They are metals and their oxides are basic in nature.

2) 1s²2s²2p^6 3s²
they belong to same group ie group no.2
there chemical and physical properties are similar that is why they are placed in same group...Alkali metals or alkaline earth metals...
