Two fuels that were decided to be used in delhi some years ago to reduce air pollution were LPG and CNG.

• LPG :- LPG stands for Liquified Petroleum Gas. LPG is considered to be a good and clean efficient fuel because during combustion it burns up completely unlike other hydrocarbons. Moreover, the emission of soot is very less. The level of CO2 emissions is also low.
• CNG :- Compressed Natural Gas was introduced as a substitute for Petrol and diesel. The reason being that CNG burns really well and is left in little amount if it's left unburnt. Another advantage of CNG is that it's a cheaper fuel.
