Shusrut:Famous Physician & Surgeon. He also wrote a book named as Sushrut Samhita. He was the first Physician and Surgeon,who discovered Injection. He started injecting medicines with the help of Snake teeth. He also discovered and used Singi on his patients.

Chawan Rishi:Chawan Rishi is famous for discovering of Tonic for internal power of Human Being. The name of the Tonic is Chawanprash,which is still popular.
