The two high courts of India whose jurisdiction extends in more than one state are:

1) Guwahati High Court- Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Mizoram,  

2) Bombay High Court- Goa and Maharashtra

Explanation:

The Constitution of India gives for High Courts in each state, but according to the 7th Amendment, the Parliament may establish usually High Courts for two or more states. Presently there are Twenty-four High Courts in the country and 4 are common.

1. Goa, Maharashtra, Daman& Diu, Dadra Nagar Haveli have a common Bombay High Court with its seat in Mumbai.

2. Andaman &Nicobar and West Bengal have common Calcutta HC with its seat in Kolkata.

3. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, and Mizoram have common Guwahati HC with its seat in Guwahati.

4. Punjab, Chandigarh, and Haryana have common Haryana and Punjab HC with seat in Chandigarh.
