HEY MATE
Natural semiconductors like Silicon and germanium are two elements whose resistivity will decrease with the increase in temperature.
In case of semiconductor and insulator the relaxation time does not change with temperature.

Answer :-
Ф Semi conductors like silicon and germanium are the materials which shows the above mentioned phenomenon .
O Normally , resistivity of good conductors decreases with decrease in temperature.
O Hence they can conduct more amount of electricity at low temperatures since their resistivity is low.
O However semi-conductors and bad - conductors are the substances which shows considerable decrease in resistivity with increase in temperature . Weird ? Huh .
O According to study , resistivity for good conductors are directly proportional to temperature of the conductor.
This is somewhat different for semi-conductors .
Hope it helps !
