1. Mica: India is one the largest producer of Mica in the world and it ranks first in the production of mica-sheet. Bihar and Nellore are the chief producers of mica in India. India exports mica which contributes to 75% of the global requirements.

2. Iron-ore: India ranks third in the global iron-ore production. The rich iron-ores in India are constituted by the Haematite and Magnetite reserve, which are supplied majorly from Orissa, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
