children should drink milk everyday to grow and gets protein and calcium by it. We should eat different food everyday bcz if u eat one type of food everyday u will just not like it. Different types of food have different type of benefits. we keep vegetables in refrigerator so it won't get dry and wasted It's tounge which helps in speaking not teeth, if teeth helps then pls explain me !?
