Soybeanand Pulses are two Kharif crops which are highly rich in protein.

Kharif crops are planted or grown from the month of April to the month of May and are harvested once the monsoon rain ends.

On the other hand, Rabi crops are harvested in winter and planted in September and October.

The Kharif crops that are rich in 'protein' content are soybeans and pulses.

EXPLANATION:

Kharif crops are the crops that are planted in the month of April to the end of May and harvested during monsoon rains end. Kharif crops require 'hot climate' as well as 'wet climate' for their growth.

Rainfall is essentially required for the growth of these crops. The flowering of these crops requires shorter day lengths. Some examples of kharif crops are 'rice', 'maize', 'cotton', 'bajra' etc.
