You can use a solution of silver nitrate or lead nitrate or lead acetate.
Silver nitrate gives a thick white precipitate of silver chloride with dil.HCl which dissolves in aqueous ammonia.
Lead nitrate forms a white precipitate of lead(II) chloride with dil.HCl. The precipitate almost completely dissolves on heating the solution but reappears on cooling. Lead acetate also gives similar response.
Dilute nitric acid does not show any visible change with any of the three salt solutions.
