The two reforms of Stalin were:

Collectivisation:

Stalin's 1929 order require farmers to share land and equipments and also to work together in future under the direction of the collective farm committee. Stalin’s established Kolkhoz  in which small farms were joined into huge collectives where farmer would farm the land, using machinery like tractors from the state, 90 % of the produce will be sold to state and remaining 10% to farmers.

Industrialization:

He wanted to industrialize Russia because many regions of the USSR were backward and fear of west.  In this method, workers were heavily regulated that Absenteeism  or not being punctual was forbidden. Because of these rules Russia saw enormous production and by 1938 it overtook Britain and Germany in industrial output.
