The lysosomes are the animal cell's “garbage disposal”, while in plant cells the same function takes place in vacuoles.Therefore plant cells don't have lysosomes.
Another is centrioles which present near the nucleus in animal cells, involved in the development of spindle fibres in cell division that are not present in plant cells. There are many more such structures present in animal cells not in plant.
