When it comes to phloem, it is the tissue which conducts the sugars from leaves to the rest of plant.

Together with this tissue, xylem is discovered in all kinds of vascularplants that includes seedless club mosses, horsetails, ferns and various kinds of gymnosperms and angiosperms.

Xylem tissue also comes with different varieties of water-conducting and specialized cells which are called tracheary elements.
