There are many different types of acids that are present in various fruits and vegetables. A few examples of them are:-

1. Citric acid – present in citrus fruits like lemons, lime, oranges etc. Also, in tomatoes, pomegranates, grapes, berries, and pineapples.


2. Malic acid – High levels present in apples. Also in bananas, pomegranates, grapes, berries, tomatoes, and broccoli.


3. Oxalic acid – in green leafy vegetables and beets.


4. Ascorbic acid – Also known as Vitamin C. present in citrus fruits, berries, green leafy vegetables, green peppers, and tomatoes.


5. Tartaric acid – Grapes, tamarind, apples, apricots, and bananas.

There are different acid are present in different fruits but these may contain the traces of other acid also.

Malic acid is present in apple in good quantity 
Citric fruits are known for high proportion of ascorbic acid which is also a essential vitamin .
Tartaric acid is present in tamarind 
Oxalic acid is present in green leafy vegetable 

These acids also impart their specific flavor to fruits like sour taste of lemons are due to the present of citric acid.
