There are 3 types of RNA viz. messenger RNA (mRNA), ribosomal RNA (rRNA) and transfer RNA(t RNA)
Structure of tRNA : tRNA also called as soluble RNA sRNA is a small RNA containg about 80 nucleotides folded over itself in such a way that about 60% of it becomes a double stranded structure while the rest remains single stranded. This folding of tRNA gives it a clover leaf .
tRNA also contains anti-codons having complimentary sequence to the codons on the mRNA.
