Namita was a good athlete. She was very hardworking and practiced regularly. However she could not reduce her time 800 m race. She was focused to win the State level championship medal. Hence she put in all efforts and worked hard. Her friend Harshita suggested her to meet her physical education teacher to seek guidance. Her teacher advised her to increase body strength, flexibility, body balance etc. The teacher also gave different methods to improve these within her. She trained for 6 months and won Gold medal in flat race for her school. With the help of physical education teacher's guidance andher joint practice, she was successful. 1.
