1. Pineal gland:. secrets a harmone melatonin which regulates diurnal or 24 hour rhythm of body , maintenance of sleep wake cycle, body temperature etc

2. Parathyroid gland:. secrets parathormone which regulates level of calcium ions in the blood.

the deficiency of parathormone leads to deficiency called tetany.
