In this reaction which element is getting oxidised and which one is getting reduced?

hcl is oxidized and naoh is reduced

HimanshiKankane: how can we say that NaOH is getting reduced because H is removed from NaOH so it should be oxidised

Oxidation is losing H .

Reduction is gaining H.

So, HCl is oxidized to form H2O

NaOH is reduced to form NaCl....
