NAPOLEON DESTROYED DEMOCRACY IN FRANCE, BUT HE INCORPORATED REVOLUTIONARY PRINCIPLES BY INTRODUCING THE CIVIL CODE OF 1809 WHICH CAME TO BE KNOWN AS THE NAPOLEONIC CODE. THE CODE REMOVED ALL PRIVILEGES BASED ON BIRTH ESTABLISHED EQUALITY BEFORE THE LAW AND SECURED THE RIGHT TO PROPERTY, SIMPLIFIED, ADMINISTRATIVE, DIVISION, ABOLISHED THE FEUDAL SYSTEM AND FREED PEASANTS FROM SERFDOM AND MANORIAL DUES. GUILD SYSTEM WAS REMOVED AND TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM IMPROVED.
THERE WAS ESTABLISHED OF UNIVERSAL LAWS, STANDARDISED WEIGHTS AND MEASURES COMMON NATIONAL CURRENCY WHICH BENEFITED EACH AND EVERY SECTION OF THE SOCIETY.
