Today I came to know that a multinational company is planning to build a five-star hotel in Dharmagiri village, and I am extremely disturbed by this news. It is so unfair that such big companies get to do whatever they want. I have lived in this village for years, and it is a beautiful natural place. The Dharmagiri mountains are so serene and calming. This village is not only my home but also a shelter to so many wild animals. Building a five-star hotel here will destroy this place's natural beauty.
For building the hotel, the company will cut down a huge part of the forest, then what would happen to all the animals. Such large deforestation will disturb the balance of the village ecosystem. The material used for construction will pollute and degrade our water resources and our soil. I don't want to see a large shining hotel in my village, I like seeing nature more. I think the villagers should do something to stop this five-star hotel from being built. I hope we can stop it from happening.
